Terms of Service

Agreement to terms

By accessing or using ClariLayer ("the Service"), operated by Rev Vision, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service description

ClariLayer is a context layer for business metrics. It provides tools for defining, validating, governing, and distributing metric definitions across an organization. The Service includes a web application, an API, and related documentation.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Your data

You retain all rights to the metric definitions, business logic, and other content you create within ClariLayer ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. We access Your Data only as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.

Availability and support

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We provide support through the channels specified in your subscription plan.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by Rev Vision, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described in these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClariLayer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rev Vision, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make Your Data available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it may be deleted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
